Bumble
Ambassador Program
During my time in the Bumble Ambassador Program, I partnered with leadership and led an on-campus team to promote Bumble to its target audience, college students. We utilized grassroots marketing initiatives to expand Bumble’s user count and increase app downloads. The different monthly initiatives consisted of:
Strategic placement of flyers, stickers, and mirror decals in populated areas on campus.
Outreach to different campus organizations to schedule visits to personally share Bumble’s mission and hand out merch to students.
Social media posts aligning with current online trends to promote Bumble.
On and off-campus experiential events (E.g., a free drink on Bumble at a local bar, coffee handouts during finals, quiz nights, shop nights at local stores, and partnering with travel companies for winter and spring breaks).
Recruitment
During my time with Bumble, I also had the opportunity to take part in talent acquisition for the ambassador program. I collaborated with leadership to create a recruiting strategy with a focus on inclusivity. My work spanned across 200 universities throughout the country and contributed hundreds of qualified applicants to the candidate pool.
